#2 Support bitrates other then "the most used ones"

Currently, the bitrates to be chosen are limited to the most used ones. Others should be listed here as well (or use a input field or a calculator). Nice would be 33.3 kbit/s and 95.2 kbit/s (both used by GM in their vehicles)
