[Socket-developers] custom stylesheets

Socceroos,

I suspect that the number of custom stylesheets is going to grow 
fairly rapidly now.

Presently, the engine is hoovering up all the stylesheets to put in 
the distribution.

I think the best thing is to create a new module for custom style 
sheets on sf.

I'll also put a docs directory in which can be deposited any overview 
or help documents that might be associated with the service.
