A bioinformatics socket-service that accesses the Japanese nig dbs.

I've tested the functionality against the client given on the home site
and it matches up.
 
A couple of new features are demonstrated here: a customised stylesheet
for each operation; and <pre></pre> formatted output string so that the
flat files emerge with the pre-existing format.  The output from the
first service using the example accession number looks purty good.  The
last operation is also a nifty one.
 
The feature requests with the accession number and start stop positions
return nothing from the example given, but they do that on the home
site, too.
 
The submit enable has to be sorted for pasting in data.
