#3 Enable setting the root username during installation

Currently the file schema/initialize.sql uses
'admin@socialclub.org' but that's not a good idea. In
fact, anything 'socialclub.org' should be removed
because the people who own that domain might not
appreciate it. Instead the installation should require
the user to specify the username of the admin user, the
email addresses for the webmaster and so forth.
