Use JavaScript to enhance adventure/view_report form.
This form requires you to select an attendee along the
left, then select an action along the bottom and then
submit the form. It's possible to submit it without
choosing anything though. The bottom should be
disabled till an attendee is chosen along the left,
then the actions along the bottom should be enabled.
Once an action is chosen, the submit button should be
enabled too.
