#5 Broken plug in Coach for outlook [Spam Assasin]

Hi,
i have follow the link for Outlook (for make learn Spam Assasin from Outlook) but when i try to install .msi they told me to install framework 1.x version and i have alredy the version 4.x

Is this plug in incompatible with Windows 8 ?
