Hi,

I just wrapped up everything for 0.71 but...
...it hasn't been tested yet.

So I'll just put in CPAN as 0.70_08, and re-release it as 0.71 after
CPAN testers have had their run on it.

(0.70_07 skipped, because I accidentally uploaded a ppm to CPAN...)
