Hello, I recently investigated some issues with transferring large files as Base64 directly in a SOAP message and came across the option compress_threshold we use in our SOAP-server and -client. Reading the docs only defalte or * is accepted as proper content encoding or the server will respond with HTTP 415. I found that our SOAP clients use gzip instead of deflate. I there any reason why gzip is not supported? It seemed to work if I change $COMPRESS to recognize gzip as well. Is there any way to set deflate manually? I only found compress_threshold, but not way to specify the encoding.
