#7 Return status in a GET request

It would be nice if SOAP::Lite could keep track of
statistics and usage history and return it in a GET
request. Grand Central does this for all of its services
but has had to write its own framework to do so. This
output (accessed via an HTTP GET request, i.e.
http://foo.com/service?status\) is parsed by our
monitoring software so that sys admins can be notified if
something is amiss.
