#31 Format source code to make it readable

Format all SOAP::Lite source code according to the rules in Perl Best Practises by Damian Conway.

SOAP::Lite lacks any consistent source code formatting style, and this sourcecode layout has become fairly standard recently.

Source code readability is desperately needed - the unreadable source code is one reason for SOAP::Lite's bad reputation as one of the ugliest perl modules.
