Currently messages are handled in the more or less
random order that a hash returns its keys. It is
preferable to handle messages in mailbox order. This
is particularly useful when SOAP calls are order
sensitive. The fix is simple:

Transport/SOAP.pm
63c63
< foreach my $msgid (keys %$messages) {
---
> foreach my $msgid (sort { $a <=> $b } (keys
%$messages)) {

    The filename needing updating should read: Transport/POP3.pm
