can't parse soap response with attachments when
response does not contain a start parameter. (That's
what JAVA JAX-RPC returns)

Thank you for reporting this bug. The bug was indeed with
SOAP::Lite as the MIME RFC clearly states that the start
parameter is optional. So I added a little switch that
either returns the start parameter or the content-id of the
root part as the start.
It now works and will be released with 0.65.
