Hi Tim,
Martin, correct me if I'm wrong, but currently this is not possible.
A workaround is that you hardcode the rformat to gff in the fuzznuc.acd
file. In that way the default will be gff (good for soaplab) but it can
be overridden at the command line by setting the rformat explicitely in
case gff is not appropriate (extra typing, but one can live with that
;-).
