thank you for the detailed description of your plan.

For now, I just have a small comment concering the service editor:

When it comes to services and their outputs, one should not forget
those tools, that already produce XML according to a defined
XML-Schema.

Because Emboss tools currently do not produce such outputs, there is
nothing forseen in ACD so far, to define the relationship (XML
output according schema with URI ... located at ....). 

But Soaplab can handle such XML-output-tools, if literal encoding is
used (instead of RPC-encoding).
