I tried several times and finally it got through! Thanks! 
It stopped on different jar files but they are all from the same site, 
biomoby-m2.

Has it stopped on the same place (on the same jar file)? Have you tried Ctrl-C 
and ant... again several times?
I am afraid that all what I can suggest. I did it myself today several times - 
and sometimes it stopped but on the second try it continued to the end 
successfully.
