I couldn't see a place to open new tickets so I suppose this is the best place. I assembled my data with a range of kmers (33, 37, 41, 45, 49, 51, 59, 63, 67) using SOAPdenovo2 (v2.04: Compile Sep 13 2012 12:48:54). All kmers ran to completion except for K=49. K=49 failed (ran out of memory) during the pregraph stage. The following is a list of file size for the *.path files
