#2 compiled Random Scenario Generator

This is the compiled of my Random Scenario Generator. It's going to be a while before I get the next
version up and running because I will be implementing some version of no overlapping objects and a
mechanism in place to keep any part of an object from being outside the boundaries of the scenario.
Plus I will be making the program scan the grid file to determine locations not to place objects.
