#1 SS Broken with latest Cal3d 0.10.0

SS in CVS Head is currently broken against the latest release
of Cal3D 0.10.0; I believe this is a problem with Soay3d as
opposed to a SS problem. Attempting to run snowballz.py with
Cal3D 0.10.0 results in unresolved external symbols at
runtime.
