Agent Rewrite

As of v1.7.8, the SnortSMS Agent no longer depends on Webmin. The Agent listener has been rewritten from Perl to PHP and now uses a thin, standalone web listener to facilitate remote communications made to the Sensor.

The objective with this change was two-fold; to reduce the overall software footprint (hard drive space requirement) on the sensor system, and to migrate away from Perl. Both Webmin and Perl combined can easily consume 100MB+ of hard drive space. Compare that to PHP and LigHTTPd of just under 10MB. This change allows system administrators to maintain a smaller system hard drive image on the SnortSMS sensors and to eliminate additional and unnecessary complexities.
