#6 fast_pattern; not being correctly compiled

The fast_pattern option is being placed before the content; specifier. I believe this is due to the way snort-sms handles payload vs. non payload rule options.
For instance if I edit the rule and place the fast_pattern option right before msg; it is moved back up to before the payload options.

This has to be declared in context meaning after the content; options.
