#4 There are NO sam.bat and sam files!

There are NO sam.bat and sam files in sam_2002-08-
26_binary.zip.
Sam_2002-08-05_binary.zip has sam.bat and sam files.
Wherefrom I can download correct install packet ver.
08-26 for Windows?

It's a java application which means you need to install the
Java runtime environment from Sun, then run the sam.jar java
file like you would an .exe file...

I have simply run the jar file. Sam runs very fine.
