[Snort-inline-users] Limewire /Ultrapeer

Hi All, having a little problem with naughty Limwire Ultrapeers at the
moment, has anyone got a ruleset to stop 'em. I have been testing with
LimeWire v 4.14.10-linux

I have noticed that while my IPS is happily blocking non-Ultrapeers, it
seems that the Ultrapeer connections are encrypted.
