[Snort-inline-users] No snort_inline binary after compile

Ok, I compiled with "./configure --enable-inline" but
only see a "snort" binary and cannot find either
snort_inline or snort_inline.conf anywhere. 
Documentation included with src implies they should
exist (doc/README.INLINE).  Am I missing something?

Any updated documentation available?

OS Base: Fedora FC3
Snort src: 2.3.0RC1
