Snoopy works good for me. But  after submitting the form I want to retrieve a particular part of the returned HTML file.
For example ,  a  website  displays a table with some images ,text ,links below the table. when you enter a NUMBER. I want to extract only the table. and i want to skip the other  things. How can I do that with snoopy? Is it possible?

This is not possible with snoopy.
For parsing the fetched documents there are some examples on  <a href="http://www.jjwdesign.com/data_mining_functions.html" target=new>this site.</a>
