#83 Content-Encoding header check should be case-insensitive

The check for gzip-encoded content in responses should be case-insensitive, per RFC 2616.

I ran into this pulling RSS feeds from Libsyn.com. Sometime last year they started returning "content-encoding" instead of "Content-Encoding" headers.
