Still using this program in windows 10 and it s working great
please allow maximum kilobits above 4096 kb/s today's connection are way above that value thanks

i like it a lot like a tray icon still use it on windows 10
here is a new version that accept bandwidth above 4096 kbits (but no more that 32767 kbits)
