#21 Discovery for SNMPv3 agents does not work

To reproduce:
- Configure an SNMPv3 profile with proper USM data for a specific agent. (verify you can walk that agent)
- Under dicovery tab
- select the profile, check only version v3
- Uncheck "probe packet"
- Select "IP networks", put the machine IP twice for the range (1 total IP)
- Click discover

Result: only IP address/version and uptime is displayed
Expected result: should display all agent data.
