[Snirc-webmasters] New release of snirc (0.7.1) available.

There is a new release of the SorceryNet java applet available.  Version
0.7.1 includes a suggestion to register your nick in the applet MOTD.  It
also externalized the HelpURL and the ListURL this is to allow you to
point the applet to your own Help and List URLs that are triggered by the
List and Help buttons.
