#9 Add a connect button as a parameter

Please can you add a connect button and a parameter
that stops the current automatic connecting.

I'd like to bring up a page with the Java chat client
without it auto connecting so that I can give the user the
opportunity to either connect (on the existing HTML
page that I've created) or via a link open up an instance
of the chat client in a seperate window.
