Snippetory 0.9.4 released

• New syntax C_COMMENTS added
• Refactored template construction API -> Now more uri bases. This will allow include functionality in the future
• Fixed minior issue in stream handling
• Made TemplateContext available to syntax and TemplateFactory -> Allows aditional features and makes extending TemplateContext more useful.
• Access to character data is now done by Appendable and CharSequence instead of String and StringBuilder
