sorry, this list got created on the original snide as
found on sf.net/projects/chromium-bsu. not much
difference to now

*)add some type of source-to-uml conversion tool and
integrate "compact" uml-display into snide's main window
*)create a contrib dir and fill it with menus and
macros for nedit.
*)actually read the QT3 upgrade-documentation and make
use of such fine things as coloured lists...
*)store nedit's window-position (and line-number), as
well as the currently active window (in case the wm is
as broken as my old Blackbox and allows for working on
non-focused windows) before displaying the
quit-dialogue, and restore them at the next session. or
at least force nedit to use a different .neditdb for
each project.
*)don't grey out buttons during make or exec, run them
threaded (with their output written out sequentially
instead of intermixed), remove the cancel-button and
cause de-pressing those buttons to act like cancel.
*)add some nedit-tag-support to the search.

*)possibility to add include-directories to the search.
*)read tmake's output! maybe make it even run in libperl?
*)create a config-dir in each project containing such
stuff like the bash_history or nedit-tags...
*)add some means of starting a "new project from
scratch" to the menu! allowing to create new files in
the open-dialogue might be an option too.
progen-support should definitely be added!
*)why no line-breaks in MakeBox-ListView as opposed to
horizontal scroll-bar?
*)detect when the user hasn't provided useful .pro file
instead of warning that a "target needs to be
specified" in README!
*)make snide actually create the Init-directory for its
configuration!
*)use qmake if tmake isn't available.

*)actually write OOP-code instead of repeating one and
the same instructions all over the sources...
