[Sndobj-devel] new releases

I have released new packages for SndObj and PySndObj. These are
mainly bugfix releases.

Currently PySndObj binaries are available for Win32 and OSX-Intel, but
I will add OSX-PPC and Linux (i386 and PPC) as soon as I build them.
