The original SINUSEX  format is described in 
http://music.nuim.ie/vlazzarini/papers/09.pdf.
The implementation in the library is only half done; I got caught with
other things and never managed to finish it. I need to write
a reader for it and more testing needs to be done. Perhaps you might
want to wait until I am done with it?
