This project adds TCP connections to the SNARE program.
I've kept the code modifications in a subversion repository in the past
along with specific parameters for an employer. I've "replayed" the changes
I've made to the project over the last few years here.

The source code used to be on SourceForge but it became too confusing for people
looking for the original SNARE project, so I moved it to https://github.com/dcjulian29/snaretcp
