#41 Snare For Windows 4.0.2.0 Changing Order of Filters results in Invalid Request

Snare for Windows: "SnareForWindows-4.0.2.0-MultiArchOpenSource".

Reordering Filters in the Snare Web Interface under "Objectives Configuration" results in "Invalid Request"

Click Path: Objectives Configuration --> Order --> Down

This feature was working in "SnareForWindows-4.0.1.1-MultiArch.exe".

Seems like this problem has already been adressed in 4.0.1.1 an is now reoccuring in 4.0.2.0. Please fix.
