scanner benq 5000
backport snapscan
(vendor=0x04a5 (Color), product=0x20f8 [Flatbed Scanner 22])
sane 1.0.19
sane-backport 1.0.14
firmware 20F8V115.bin and 20F8V119.bin

Work in color mode 1200 DPI - ONLY, not up to 1200
another color mode made effect reboot of X-server, error scanner with stop work before power scanner off.
Grayscale up to 1200 and Prevew does not work (i think it happen because preview try scan in color mode)
Might be possible fix that error

The Snapscan backend currently determines the bus type (SCSI /
USB) from the device name. Therefore, for USB scanners, the
devicename in snapscan.conf MUST contain 'usb' somewhere, as in
    '/dev/usbscanner' or '/dev/usb/scanner0'.
A link from /dev/scanner to /dev/usbscanner will not work!

    Make sure that
    - /dev/scanner does *not* exist
    - snapscan.conf (usually installed in
    /usr/local/etc/sane.d/snapscan.conf) contains a line
    '/dev/usbscanner' or '/dev/usbscanner0'.

    Oliver
