The problem is that my scanner acer scanprisa 640U is not regonized. I`m working with SuSE 9.0. The configuration is working perfecty, but it doesnt work at all. Sane cant find the scanner. Thats it.

Please supply more information. What's the USB ID of your scanner? What's the output from "scanimage -L"? Does sane-find-scanner list the scanner?
