Have Synced all data in Win 8.1. If I migrate to Mac - will I have to recreate content, Parity ? My data disks are in NTFS. I have Paragon NTFS reader / writer for Mac installed.

just take care about the correct mount points in snapraid.conf and all will work w/o parity rebuild.
Last time I've used Paragon on MAC and other NTFS drivers, I was really disappointed about read and write performance and decided to switch to OSX native file system (CPU was also very high).
But if the performance is ok for you - no worries.
