So I started using snapraid recently and set it up .w 2 partiy disks and 5 data drives. Today is the 1st sync I've run into trouble and not sure how to proceed to correct this? I tried seeing some other people who had this issue and it seemed similar, but mine shows wasted space? I think this just started as my data1 drive just filled up so this is the 1st time it's started using data4. I don't "see" any file issues thus far... so can I just force sync it?

    Any ideas how to correct?

    Usage:

    4.1G /mnt/data/disk4

Do you have any files in /mnt/data/disk4/ that you are expecting snapraid to protect?
    If No: snapraid --force-empty sync

I did that and it worked fine. I had a few files I prob should had copied off first... oh well nothing major. What would have even caused this?

I think the warning message is pretty clear:

WARNING! All the files previously present in disk 'd4' at dir '/mnt/data/disk4/'
    are now missing or rewritten!
This could happen when some disks are not mounted in the expected directory.
If you want to 'sync' anyway, use 'snapraid --force-empty sync'.

run snapraid sync -l logfile.txt and search for one of the file names in logfile.txt. Most likely you will find an explanation like this:

msg:verbose: Excluding file '/mnt/data/disk4/yourfile.xxx' for rule 'exclude *.xxx'

OK, so this is happening again. I "think" this is because I use mergerfs and it loads files across the drives but it doesn't always keep them there.. then it syncs ./w something on this drive and then later moved it to another drive ... so then next sync it says all files present are not mounted even if there was only a handful of tiles.

So my question now is, there any kind of setting to not throw this error if it is only a handful of files? Or for me to edit the amount of files
