I'm having a weird problem I don't know how to fix. I have a scheduled sync to run every morning at 2am but it's been failing lately. I pulled up a report and it says the sync is still in progress and at 99%. I ran a status and got this:
Ensure that the sync is stopped. Preferably reboot the computer afterwards to be 100% sure.
Check for SMART errors. (Either download hdd guardian or run snapraid smart in elevated mode)
If no SMART errors are found run snapraid sync -v -l logfile.txt
Most likely you will find that you have bad sectors on one of the disks when you check for smart errors. If so, check manual and FAQ for instructions on how to replace the disk.
If no smart errors found run the command in step 3 and check the end of the log file for clues as to what is happening (or not happening).

It appears that I have 2 drives possibly failing. The /dev/pd0 for sure but it's just a small OS drive. I'll just replace that thing soon but it's not even being used in my config for snapraid. It's not being imaged.
I see d0 has 1 error count. I ran hdd guardian as well and don't see the error. Any idea what that is or how to find out what it is? hdd guardian says the drive has no smart errors.
It's a good bet that pd0 is the reason for the lagging.
You can check for the specifics of the error in HDD Guardian --> Manage menu --> Select device --> Error log button (or SMART attributes-button for all details).
Did you retry sync with -l and -v?

How do I make it get to 100% especially since there are no errors. I feel like the system is lagging because of the scan stuck.

I couldn't get the sync to stop.. it says it running and I don't see it in the task manager.
I did a sync with -l and -v anyway to see what happened. Here are the results:

Which means that the stuck at 99% issue is solved?
