Hi,
well the damage is already done, but can someone shed some light on what happened so I know what to do next time my drive fails? I ran the snapraid -d diskname fix command. It had some errors finding the correct paths. Now when I look at my parity drive it shows I have 100% free space.

I checked the code, and the "fix" command just restores the parity to the size stored in the ".content" file. So, unless you used a very old content file, it should not be possible.
Another possibility is the "sync" command that if doesn't see any file, it will create an empty parity.
Ciao,
Andrea

Hmm I have since deleted the parity and started over so regardless if I did it wrong I don't think I can fix it.. But I think maybe my parity did drop in size which explains that. I basicly lost 2 drives. I put 2 new ones in and called them the samething as before. I ran the "snapraid -d diskname fix" command trying to resore them.

Did you used the pre-release 11.4 version ?
