Are you able to get a log from launching SDI after? I have seen a few USB3 drivers not function until installing additional drivers that are not detected until after the first set are installed and soemtimes not until after a reboot after the first set. It is why I recommend copying SDI from a flash drive to the local hard drive and running from there as I have had systems where no USB functions until after reboot+after running more installs with SDI.

I did not test. At some point I will try it again with multiple runs/reboots.
