#130 Unsigned driver not marked properly

the driver for the Community OFA NVMe 1.2 Storport Miniport in the path
DP_MassStorage_19000.7z\Samsung\FORCED\81x86\1.5.0.0\
is marked as signed by SDI, although its signature is by some CA not in the system, and all the other related drivers that apparently have a similar signature are properly marked as unsigned.

seems fairly weird to me, to be honest
