German language localization

I am a PC supporter and for my job is Snappy Driver Installer unbeatable! It
is a very reliable product and easy to use.

The only flaw I have found until now is the lack of a German language
localization, which I find amazing. I have decided to change that and attach
hereto my German language file. My translation is based on your English
language file. If you decide to use and distribute my language file, I only
ask that you always use my Pseudonym <Latino> and never disclose my e-mail address to third parties.

    Thanks for the translation.

However you should have saved it using UTF-8 encoding(Unicode), so that it would be displayed properly regardless the user's current encoding for non-Unicode applications.

Can you make the following strings shorter so they won't get cut off?

As of immediately the German localization will be managed in the Transifex translation platform and the German language file will not be published here any more.

I noticed that in R513 two new strings have been added to the English master language file, which has not been yet updated in Transifex. Therefore, I attach hereto the updated German language file.
