Snapper 1.8 release

There have been several fixes and enhancements. Mostly documentation and little things. There is one major change, the sample program XML files are now installed in the (PREFIX)/share/snapper directory. The snaprun program will automatically have some URLs defined that point here.

Now after installation you can just type snaprun from the command line and select a URL.
