Snapper 1.7 Release

Here is the latest Snapper release. It includes several fixes.

To test after installation just run "snaprun" and click OK, if you are connected to the internet then the pizza app should be loaded from the URL.

Also please note that there are no RPMs for this release. I upgraded to RedHat 8.0 and my spec file is out of whack...

BUT it is really simple to install, and much better, so just type this:

perl Makefile.PL
make
su -
cd (to source location)
make install

That's it.
