[snapper-general] GtkPerl Support added

Starting with version 1.6 Snapper now supports
GtkPerl. This is very exciting because Snapper
developers will have access to the full Gtk+ API.
GtkPerl support does not work with the multi-threaded
version of Snapper at the moment. Please compile with
--enable-perl=yes and --enable-threads=no.
