[snapper-general] Snapper 1.2 Release

Snapper 1.2 is here! It is not a very exciting
release, but the next one will be, since I plan
to include the Perl API then. This version
contains updated documentation, fixed applications
in library directory, some new API calls for wave
interface, and the first beginings of the Perl API.
