[Snapdal-devel] Is anybody using the Provider Factory?

While working on the c# version of the code, I realized that DataFactory, as
originally written by Dan Fox, doesn't actually use ProviderFactory in setting
up commands, parameters and the like. The reason appears to be the enums of
DbTypes vs SqlTypes vs OleDbTypes used in the paramters.  I think this needs to
be changed, but it will probably require scrapping some signatures of the
current ProviderFactory.

Any comments?
