What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install minidlna 1.0.25 (12 dec)
2. run the minidlna
3. cpu goes 100% all the time and the nas system freeze. When i desactivate minidlna, the cpu load goes down and all works
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Activate minidlna and the system works normally, not overflowing the cpu load
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SNAKE OS V1.3.2 (20111019) - Windows 7 64 bits

I'm facing the same issue (same versions too). I'm running dlna clients on different OS:
VLC -> Windows XP SP3
Skifta -> Android 4.0 and 4.1
